  The FT Input Expander is a module for expanding inputs in applications with PowerFT line ECUs (FT500 / FT500LITE / FT450* / FT550 / FT550LITE / FT600). ( * For use with FT450, FT500 and FT500LITE it is necessary to replace the CAN connector).

  It has 20 inputs for readings from pre-defined sensors for pressure, flow, temperatures, position, switches and buttons, in addition to another 4 dedicated inputs for reading rotation and speeds, both for hall and inductive sensors.

Characteristics

The FT Input Expander is an input expander module for the PowerFT line (FT500 / FT500LITE / FT450* / FT550 / FT550LITE / FT600). It has 20 inputs for sensor readings (such as: pressure, flow, temperatures, position and activation of functions through keys or buttons), and 4 inputs for reading rotation and speeds. ( * For use with FT450, FT500 and FT500LITE it is necessary to replace the CAN connector).

It has full integration with the FTManager software allowing a simple and quick configuration in the same interface used to configure the PowerFT ECUs

Communication with the ECU is facilitated and done via the CAN network.
